Strawberry Short Cake: Yogurt

Use your Base of choice, see blog for best options. Make sure it is organic, plain, and full fat!

For every 8 oz serving sizes

3 whole strawberries with tops chopped  (if using frozen, thaw them first)

1 1/2 tsp of pure organic vanilla extract alcohol free

1 packet or 1/2 tsp of stevia powder, or stevia drops to taste

blend in a blender on low speed. High speeds may liquify too much, if that is the case refrigerate overnight to re-thicken or add a slight pinch of arrowroot powder  and blend for 5 seconds.
