Pecan Pie: Yogurt

Use your Base of choice, see blog for best options. Make sure it is organic, plain, and full fat!

For every 8 oz serving sizes

1 tsp of organic maple flavor alcohol free

1  tsp of pure organic vanilla extract alcohol free

1 packet or 1/2 tsp of stevia powder, or stevia drops to taste

Top with chopped pecans

Mix in a bowl with spoon or double ingredients for entire carton of yogurt and mix in carton!
